摘 要
金融服务贸易的加速发展，是20世纪70年代以来全球经济和金融发展的一个最基本和最重要的特征。全球金融服务贸易的加速发展，进而金融服务贸易自由化的进程得到有利地推动，正是在这一国际背景下，伴随着乌拉圭回合《服务贸易总协定》和《金融服务协定》，世界各国，包括发达国家和发展中国家都加入到金融服务贸易自由化这一强劲的时代潮流之中。作为最大的发展中国家，我国要想在这一波金融服务贸易自由化浪潮中脱颖而出，这样对金融服务贸易自由化理论的深入研究就有很大的现实意义。
本文在介绍金融服务贸易自由化的基础上，对金融服务贸易自由化动因理论及金融服务贸易自由化经济效应理论进行研究，从而本文共分五个部分，第一章主要介绍选题的目的与意义，对国内外研究的现状进行简要综述，然后引出本文研究的问题和基本思路框架。第二章分析了金融服务贸易自由化理论，首先阐述金融服务贸易自由化和其相关概念，接着阐述金融自由化的动因。第三章介绍WTO规则对我国发展金融服贸易的影响，首先我国入世对金融服务贸易开放的承诺及其影响，接着阐述我国贸易自由化的现状。第四章着重阐述金融服务贸易自由化的积极经济效应和消极经济效应。第五章介绍发展我国金融服务业贸易的相关措施。分两个方面论述我国应对金融贸易自由化浪潮的措施。最后部分是对本文研究问题的总结。

ABSTRACT
As a basic and most important features of the global economic and financial development in the 70 years of the 20th century, financial services trade have got an accelerated development. The global financial services trade is a strong impetus to the global financial services trade in the liberalization process. In this context, along with the Uruguay Round, "the General Agreement on Trade in Services" and "Financial Services Agreement," both developed and developing countries have joined the financial services trade liberalization which is the strong trend of the times. As the largest developing country, China has the ability to success in this wave of liberalization of trade in financial services. So studying the theory of trade in financial services liberalization deeply is of great practical significant.
This paper introduces the liberalization of trade in financial services and its related concepts, based on the liberalization of trade in financial services, financial services, motivation theory and economic effects of the liberalization of trade theory, research, and thus this paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the topics of the purpose and significance of the status quo at home and abroad to conduct a brief overview of the study, and then raises the question of this study and the basic conceptual framework. The second chapter describes the WTO rules on China's development of the financial services trade, start by describing the WTO rules governing trade in financial services, constraints, and then expounded on China's accession to the WTO's commitment to the financial services trade liberalization and its impact. Chapter III analyzes the theory of trade liberalization in financial services, first of all differences between the financial services trade liberalization and its related concepts, and then analyze the motives of financial liberalization. Chapter IV analyzes the financial services trade liberalization, the positive and negative economic effects. Chapter V describes the development of China's financial services trade related measures. Start by describing the current situation of China's financial and trade liberalization, and then divided into two areas discussed in our response to the wave of financial and trade liberalization measures. The last part is a summary of this research question.
