CHAPTER FOURFINDINGS
4.1 Motivation factors of Primary School Teachers in Myanmar
4.1 Motivation factors of Primary School Teachers in Myanmar In Myanmar, according to the research findings, two factors are motivated to work. Intrinsic motivation factors are motivators that come from teachers' internal state to operate and improve their performance. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation factors drive by external factors that arise outside of the individuals.
It should be understood that intrinsic motivation factors arise from the individual because it is naturally satisfying. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation factors occur from outside of the individual, such as the individual's salary, policy, and working conditions instead of intrinsic motivation. Job satisfaction of primary school teachers is related to fulfilling their needs that are motivated internally or externally. The qualitative data that I present below are in terms of recurrent themes raised during data collection, which rely on the conceptual framework of my study. The study's finding was arranged according to their motivation factor that are motivated the teachers to work and how they affect the experiences of job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Myanmar and the job satisfaction of Myanmar primary school teachers by using Herzberg’s theory.
