摘 要
随着汽车产业的迅速发展,行业竞争的日益加剧。越来越多的汽车生产厂商认识到物流是汽车产业发展的关键,建立良好的物流配送体系已成为提高汽车产业核心竞争的重要手段,而配送中心承担着论文网汽车物流的专业化管理,其在汽车产业发展中的作用日益突现。深入了解配送中心现有的经营状况,科学、全面地评价物流配送中心绩效是汽车零部件配送中心发展中特别需要关注的问题。
本文正是基于这样的行业背景,通过对现有物流绩效评价成果的研究,并深入汽车零部件配送中心调研实践,建立一套汽车零部件配送中心绩效评价体系,为配送中心的发展提供了有力保证。
本文首先对配送中心的研究背景进行了概述,具体分析了配送中心绩效评价研究的目的和意义。第二章对国内外配送中心绩效评价现状及问题进行了研究,对物流绩效评价中出现的问题给出的初步的解决方法。第三章对汽车零部件配送中心的功能及特点进行了阐述,在此基础上分析了汽车零部件配送中心的总体绩效,为进一步的分析打下基础。提出了基于平衡计分卡的配送中心评价体系。第四章在第三章对现有指标体系研究总结的基础上,设置了一套汽车流部件配送中心绩效评价指标体系,该指标体系包含运输、仓储、信息化水平、客户服务、财务五个层面的指标,将定性指标与定量指标有机地结合在一起,能全面、客观地反映汽车零部件配送中心的生产运营状况。其次,论文对各级指标进行了定义,并对其量化方法进行了说明,建立了基于平衡计分卡的配送中心物流绩效综合评价,并提出了一种基于DEA/AHP的物流绩效评价方法加以评价,充分利用了客观评价和主观评价的优点。
论文的最后将前面有关汽车零部件配送中心物流绩效评价研究的相关理论和方法具体应用到某汽车零部件物流配送中心上,并对其物流绩效的评价进行了具体的算例分析,以验证前面所构建的绩效评价指标体系和评价方法的有效性和可操作性。
科学、有效的物流绩效评价是对物流活动的监督、控制和指导。我国多数的物流企业对物流绩效的评价工作重视还不够,研究也很有限。汽车零部件配送中心在整个汽车供应链中作为物流结点起着承上启下的关键作用,对其进行有效的绩效评价是保障汽车物流顺畅的前提。因此必须加以重视。

Abstract
There is increasing competition in Automobile profession going with the rapid development. More and more manager realized that the logistics is one of the most important factors for the development of Automobile Corporation; an effective distribution system is a key factor to enhance the core-competition of Automobile Corporation. Meanwhile, the Distribution Center (DC) takes the most responsibility of professional manager of the logistics. These are deeply concerned points for the development of DC.
Based on the background, this thesis analyzes the current logistical performance evaluation method, samples the data from DC and designs a performance evaluation system for DC. This system could support the development of DC fully.
Firstly, the background of the distribution center research was reviewed, detailed analysis of the distribution center performance evaluation purpose and significance. Secondly, the performance evaluation of the status of domestic and international distribution center and conducted a study of the logistics problems in performance evaluation is given in the initial solution. Chapter index system on the existing basis of summing up, set a car parts distribution center streaming performance evaluation system, the indicator system includes transportation, warehousing, information level, customer service, financial indicators of the five-level , qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators will be organically combined together, can completely and objectively reflect the production of automotive parts distribution centers operating conditions. Secondly, the thesis defined indicators at all levels, and the quantitative methods are described, the establishment of a balanced scorecard based on the comprehensive performance evaluation of logistics distribution center, and proposed based on DEA / AHP evaluation of logistics performance to be evaluated full use of the objective evaluation and subjective evaluation of the advantages.

In our country, most of the logistic enterprises haven't attached enough importance to the evaluation of logistic performance, even less attention is put to relevant researches.
