1.0 Introduction
In the early 1990s, with the introduction of American "information highway" program and the invention of WWW, as well as the widely application of computers in all levels of social production and life, development of the Internet enters a take-off stage, globalization thus gets into the Internet age, human production changes from mechanization, electrification and automation into informationization (Targowski, 2012). Network information dissemination is characterized by fast speed, more changes, no boundaries, multi-dimension, which greatly accelerates the process of globalization (Yip & Dempster, 2005). The depth, width and speed of the globalization in the Internet era are much better than the globalization of any period in the past. Curiously, China benefits from economic globalization and becomes the world's second largest economy, but the Chinese government has implemented a network blockade policy, which is often difficult for Chinese netizens to visit sites overseas. The Internet blockade policy is clearly a policy deviating from the trend of network globalization. This essay describes the adverse effect of China's Internet blockade policy to evaluate the risk of the Internet blockade policy in China in future.
2.0 Body 主体
2.1 Cyber democracy
Cyber globalization allows information to be timely and widely disseminated and exchanged across restrictions in time, space, geography and boundary. Thus different countries around the world are linked to a coherent whole. Major events happened in different places can be clearly presented in front of each people, each group, each country in the world. It allows people around the world to share information together. Development of network and globalization of dissemination allow all audience's right to know to be greatly satisfied, which undoubtedly promotes the mankind to step toward the directions of democracy, freedom (Servaes, 2013). In the era of cyber globalization, people can express their opinions freely. On the Internet, BBS, newsgroups, chat rooms allow everyone to participate and express their view, which makes freedom of expression and freedom of speech of individuals be truly realized, thus everyone has an equal opportunity to dialogue. A country's internal affairs will lead to more and more discussions around the world. Various views on these important matters can be disseminated, communicated and sublimated throughout the world through globalized media, thereby forming an important public opinion. When an important public opinion is combined with corresponding political, economic, technological, military groups and other factors, it will be converted into an international force and affect the processing of these important matters (Nam, 2012).

2.4 Influences of the Internet blockade policy in future
3.0 Conclusion
The depth, width and speed of the globalization in the Internet era are unprecedented. The interaction between different countries is further enhanced. China's Internet blockade policy is obviously not conducive to China’s better integration into the process of network globalization. The use of the Internet blocking po
