This is a more common problem in the travelling and hospitality, and food industry. The organizations have to cater to the customers hailing from an immensely diversified cultural and ethnic background. Thus there business can only grow if an efficient and apt ways to take care of these cultural issues are implemented. The cultural issues may also hugely condemn and degrade the customer satisfaction level.

2.1.4. Summarization of organizational problems:
Thus as the problems related to the organizations are briefed in the prior Sub-sections it is now time to summarize the effects that each one of the problems wields upon the industries and what are the domains that each one covers:

Operational Problems: These cover the domains of financial problems, stock management and smooth running of organizations. And is more popular in the retail industry.
Communicational Problems: these cause disruptive work environment and degrade in quality service. Popular in the in the voice help organizations mainly. But internal communicational harmony is needed in every industry.
Cultural Problem: Ceases the growth of the industries in a new market. Increases heavy competition and tough survival scenarios for the industry. Popular in the hospitality industry.


2.2. Employee problem:

It is now time to lay focus on the problems that might be faced by the employees working within any organization. The section is categorized as follows.

2.2.1. Work Environment:
People choose to work in the domains of their interest and hence move forward to work with organizations of that particular sector. But at the workplace there are a number of practices like, politics, unsocial and partial behavior by the higher authority. This may lead to job dissatisfaction and hence mess up the performance quality of the employee.

2.2.2. Duty allocation:
The employee must be truthful to the organization about his nature, likes and dislikes since else they can wind up with duties that they might be awkward or under-qualified to deal with which again may damage their performance quality. This harms the professional profile of the employee and the organization gains as well.

2.2.3. Professional Abuse:
This is a serious issue. Incidents have been reported all around the globe where employees are reported to be subjected to abusive behavior. This includes; bulling, moral and even sexual abuse. This is one of the aspects that cite violation of basic ethics and humanity and people involved in such actions are taken for serious actions by the law.
