Inaccuracy of words can be found in the MT of both general words andterminology.And improper collocation of words are frequently occurred in gerund oftarget language(Simplified Chinese).
4.1.1 Inaccuracy of General Words
Inaccurate translation of general words often occurs when a word has more thanone meaning.If the machine fails to retrieve right context,then the selected meaningof a word might not match either.Here below are some examples:

Conclusion
This paper provides an overview of a translation project for the World TradeReport 2021(Excerpts)based on MT+PE,a case study of the three most frequent MTerror types and their accompanying PE strategies.The following are the study’s mainfindings:
In order to find out PE strategies,MT errors types were first analyzed from thisthree aspects:lexis errors,syntax errors and other errors.Lexical errors focus ongeneral word correctness,terminology accuracy and word collocation;syntactic errorspertain to disordered sentence placement,chaotic sentence logic,and unmatchedsentence voice;and other errors include missing or disordered tags,extra carriagereturn,and incorrect punctuation.
Three PE strategies are thus suggested.Firstly,confirming fixed wordexpressions to deal with words accuracy and collocation.Secondly,reconstructingsentences to avoid unnatural MT that mechanically observe original sentence structureor order of ST.Last but not the least,implementing final eye to ensure the overallconsistency of translation on formatting.
