总之,高校外语教师跨文化交际能力的培养是多渠道、多元化的,它是一个渐进的过程,不能一蹴而就,而且高校外语师资培训需要一整套科学的、系统的评价体系。本文旨在就这一问题引发教师同行的共鸣。具体操作细节有待日后进一步研究和完善。
