当今社会经济的快步发展带动了国家的第三产业的发展,而这其中的旅游业更是第三产业中典型的代表。而在旅游业当中,酒店这一行业无疑是旅游业的重要方面之一,它的服务质量和运营状况对旅游业的发展有现实的作用和意义。在现在的酒店企业当中,国外的酒店大规模的占据市场,再加上国内的一些连锁酒店和经济型酒店的出现,无一不对国内的整个酒店企业产生巨大的冲击。因此,对于现在的酒店企业,要想能够长远的发展并且生存下去,获得长远的利益,就要摒弃过去的酒店管理办法,实施新型管理模式提高酒店的整体实力。在酒店的工作步骤当中,人力资源管理使其重要的一个方面,并且,值得一提的是绩效管理工作在人力资源当中又显得尤为重要。总之,对于绩效管理工作的研究对于酒店企业而言,具有重要的作用。为此,我选择了《W酒店绩效管理效能提升对策研究》作为我的研究课题。本课题的研究对象是W酒店,在这次研究过程中以当今有效的绩效管理体系为指导,对目前的绩效管理体系进行必要的分析与研究,并且进行深度的整理与总结。第一,先对W酒店的现在的酒店管体系进行概括与统计,并对目前现存的酒店管理绩效管理体系进行全面的总结和分析,根据其中出现的问题,提出具有针对性有效的建议。针对目前W酒店内存在的,比如人力结构不完善、组织形式不协调、公司内职员的考核标准不完整等问题,都需要通过绩效考核来完善,本论文研究虽然是针对W酒店的,但对其同类型的酒店仍有一定的参考价值和作用意义。
本论文的研究意义主要是促进组织和个人绩效的快速提升,为酒店的科学、高效、长远发展奠定基础。科学有效的绩效管理制度可以对酒店公司内的职员进行公平公正的评价和指导,对其工作能力、业务水平、贡献程度以及个人的修养进行综合的评估,从而制定出对公司长远发展有利的积极有效的绩效考核制度,从而更好的为酒店公司的利益以及发展服务。建立酒店企业的绩效管理工作具有重要的意义,这主要是由于随着广大人们的生活水平的提高,人们对生活的质量和要求也随之升高,再加上酒店企业的迅速增多,导致竞争加剧,这无疑都表现出绩效管理制度的重要性和意义。首先,从市场方面来进行分析,如果在酒店中进行绩效管理,可以有效地提高酒店的整体实力,降低酒店的成本并且会显著地提高的人们的生活水平和质量。其次,从酒店自身方面进行分析,如果在酒店中建立了切实有效的绩效管理体系,这样可以既满足市场的要求,同时又能够达到酒店利润的提高。在这个方面主要有两种途径,一是要求酒店具有良好的服务体系和设备,从而提高客户的信用度和影响力。二是,一种切实有效的绩效管理办法,可以提高酒店内职员的工作绩效结果,从而提高公司的核心竞争力。上面的这两种方法都能显著地提高酒店的竞争力,扩大经济市场的占有比例,从而使酒店能够长远发展。

ABSTRACT


In today's social and economic development quickly led to the development of tertiary industry countries, among which the tourism industry is the third in a typical representative. In tourism among the hotel industry is undoubtedly one of the important aspects of the tourism industry, its service quality and operational status of the development of tourism realistic role and significance. In today's hotel business among foreign hotel occupies a large-scale market, coupled with some domestic chain hotels and budget hotels appear both on the whole domestic hotel companies have a huge impact. So, for now, the hotel business, in order to be able to survive long-term development and to obtain long-term interests, we must abandon the past hotel management practices, the implementation of new management model to improve the hotel's overall strength. In short, the study of performance management for the hotel enterprises, plays an important role. To this end, I chose the "W Hotel Performance Management Efficiency Promotion Measures" as my research topic. In this project the W hotel, in the course of the study in today's effective performance management system as a guide, the current performance management system the necessary analysis and research, and in-depth summary and finishing. First, the first of W Hotels hotel now generalize pipe system and statistics, and to conduct a comprehensive summary and analysis of the current existing hotel management performance management system, according to which the problems, propose effective recommendations targeted.
