香港改善白领职业妇女的生活状况研究

 [摘 要]：香港白领职业妇女是香港经济社会发展重要的一群，对其生活状况进行研究不仅有利于改善白领职业妇女生活质量，同时也对香港社会健康稳定发展有作用。现以文献研究法、问卷调查法、数据分析法等研究方法为主，笔者借助调查问卷、访谈和媒体资料所获取的数据，分析、研究了近十年来香港白领职业妇女生活状况的变化，主要是生活质量显着提升、就业层次和质量增强。虽然取得了这么多的成绩，但是依然存在着工作压力大、单身比率高、婚姻品质低等问题；就其原因来看主要是就业歧视依旧存在、社会观念下的歧视、个人择偶标准高、地域及文化差异的影响、男女比例失调等。通过分析进一步发现，为促进香港白领职业妇女生活状况向更好方向发展，今后可以从加强对白领职业妇女的职业关怀、有效解决白领职业妇女婚姻问题和彻底解决白领职业妇女的社会地位问题。在未来，香港白领职业妇女生活状况必将受到更高的重视，将会对香港职业妇女生活幸福度和满意度有更大的影响。

Abstract：Hong Kong white-collar professional women play an important role in the economic and social development in Hong Kong. The study of their living conditions is not only conducive to improving the quality of life of white-collar workers, but also to the healthy and stable development of Hong Kong's social role. By means of literature research, questionnaire survey and data analysis, the author analyzes and studies the changes of the living conditions of the white-collar female workers in Hong Kong in the past ten years. the author also explores the important of their living conditions, mainly in terms of life quality and employment levels.. Although there are so many achievements, facing the white- collar women still exist many problems such as work pressure, high single rate and low marital quality. The reasons behind them include discrimination at workplace discrimination due to social values, high expectation for mate selection, the influence of regional and cultural differences, and the imbalance of male and female ratio. Through the analysis, it is found that, in order to promote the development of the living condition of the white-collar female workers in Hong Kong, it is advisable to strengthen for women at workplace care and to come up effective solution to the problems of marriage and social status encountered by female white-collar workers. In the future, the Hong Kong white collar professional women's living conditions will attract more and have a greater impact on their happiness and sense of satisfaction.

香港白领职业妇女是香港经济社会发展的重要助力，对其生活状况进行研究不仅有利于改善白领职业妇女生活质量，同时也对香港社会健康稳定发展有现实作用。

5 结论

香港白领职业妇女生活状况问题并非是一时才形成的，也并非是因为一事而导致的，而是在漫长的发展过程逐渐形成的。从上面的分析中可以看出，要想解决这个问题需要香港政府、社会组织和职业白领女性等多个主体的长期共同努力。虽然香港白领职业妇女生活状况有所改善，且未来前景也比较光明，但是在不断改善香港白领职业妇女生活质量的道路上必将出现各种各样的难题，需要各方主体以更加积极的态度、更加长远的考虑、更加全面的规划才能真正达到这一目标。笔者今后将以更加积极的态度和严禁的思维，持续关注香港白领职业妇女生活状况问题，希望能够对白领职业妇女生活质量和家庭美满幸福乃至香港经济发展、社会稳定有所贡献。
