论文摘要
城市土地在各部门、各行业的分配比例关系形成城市的土地利用结构。土地利用结构合理与否，对于城市经济效益、社会效益、和环境效益至关重要。城市发展的过程表明，城市的各种经济活动最终都要落实到空间上，落实到一定的土地利用结构上。城市经济发展伴随着空间结构和土地利用结构的变化。城市空间结构和土地利用结构既是城市经济运行的结果，又是城市经济进一步发展的基础，也是城市问题产生的根源之一。城市空间结构优化的核心是实现土地资源的最优配置，目标是要实现经济效益、社会效益、环境效益三者的有机结合及发展的统一，并使它们实现可持续发展。加强对城市空间结构和土地利用结构的研究，不仅能认识城市职能在一定地域内分布和组合的一般规律，而且有助于理解整个城市社会经济活动的运行机制。在城市空间配置的变迁过程中，优良的城市空间结构和土地利用结构会产生良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益，使城市土地资源的配置效益最大化，社会资源最有效地被利用。因此，如何最佳、最有效地使用城市土地，形成合理而有机联系的城市空间结构，就成为各个学科关注的一个重要问题。本文就是在解剖一个城市的土地配置和集约利用评价的基础上，探讨一套符合我国城市特点的技术路线和技术手段。

Abstract
City land inthe various departments,industries distribution ratio between the formation.city land use structure.Land use structure is reasonable or not,for the city of economicbenefit,social benefit and environmental bnefit,crucial.City development process that city,various economic activities will eventually be implemented into space,tofulfil certain land use structure.City Economic Development withe the spatial structure and land use structure change.City spatial structure and land use structure is a city the result that economy runs,it is the foundation for the further development of city economy,also is the city one fo the root causes of the problem.City spatial structure optimization is the core to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources,the goal is to realize the economic benefits,social benefits,environmental benefits of organic combination of the three and the unity of development,and make them achieve sustainable development.Strengthen the city spatial structure and land use structure research,not only can recognize city functions in a certain region distribution and combination of the common law,but also help to understand the whole city social economy activity mechanism.In the city the spatial configuration of the vicissitude process,excellent city spatial structure and land use structure will produce good economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit,make the city land resources benefit maximization,social resources most effectively used.Therefore,how to best,the most effective use of city land,form a rational and organic connection of the city space structure,becomes an inportant issue of discipline.This article is in the anantomy of a city land allocation and intensive utilization ealuation based on the discussion,accord with our country city features the technology route and technology.
