Abstract Tourist industry has the attractive named for its "smokeless industry" and "the eternal sunrise industry", and it has the oil industry, automobile industry tied to the world's three major industries. Since reform and opening up, China's rapid tourism development has been initially formed the leading international tourism, domestic tourism as the basis for supplementary outbound tourism development pattern. With the era of development in the international market, competition has become increasingly fierce, existing in the tourism industry has exposed many problems, was also increasingly unable to meet the growing demand in culture and entertainment. This paper mainly from the 20th century predecessors for the tourism industry, an objective analysis of China's tourism industry competitive situation and seek ways to improve, through our rich tourist resources and huge market space, promote the sustainable development of tourism.

摘要
近年来,我国的酒店业发展迅速,一些国际知名的企业也进入到国内市场,再加上自2001年中国加入WI'O后,给中国酒店业带来了发展的良机,同时也带来了新的挑战。经过多年的发展,我国的酒店业出现了上海锦江、南京金陵、北京凯莱等多个具有代表性的品牌。但是我国的酒店品牌仍然与国外的酒店品牌存在着很大的差距,只有极少数的酒店塑造出了积极有力的形象。酒店企业经济效益的提升在一定程度上取决于酒店企业的服务,因此,加强酒店的品牌建设,是酒店发展的关键。笔者对国内著名的经济型的品牌形象进行测量,分析我国酒店品牌建设及服务标准化建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,希望通过此研究能够丰富我国酒店品牌建设理论,提升我国酒店业的核心竞争力。

Abstract

摘 要
在我国经济型酒店属于新生事物,也就是说在济南市及我国其它大中城市,经济型酒店还处于发展的初级阶段。目前国内旅游者已进入大规模休闲度假旅游的消费阶段,巨大的市场需求刺激经济型酒店发展更加迅猛。中国经济型酒店部分品牌扩张速度达到200%~300%的增速,新品牌也不断出现。与此同时,济南市经济型酒店业获得了长足的发展,2009年被业内人士称为济南市经济型酒店的扩张年。
目前,对于济南市的经济型酒店来说既面临机遇也面对挑战。机遇,是因为济南市经济型酒店可以借助于知名经济型酒店的品牌号召力,以及成熟的市场,在经济型酒店市场中分得一席地位。挑战,是因为济南市目前的经济型酒店还缺乏影响力,面对知名经济型酒店品牌,是否能够有足够的实力来应对竞争,也是另人忧虑的。对于这一现状,济南市经济型酒店迫切需要走出一条适合自己的经济型酒店的发展之路。因此,对经济型酒店发展状况的研究有着重要的意义。
论文结合国内外经济型酒店的发展现状,在明确经济型酒店内涵的基础上,对济南市经济型酒店的发展现状和市场状况进行了系统分析和综合评价。通过SWOT 分析法,对济南市经济型酒店发展进行研究,分析其竞争优势、劣势,发展所面临的机遇与挑战,最后分别从产品和服务策略、营销策略和品牌与集团化策略等方面为济南市经济型酒店加快发展提供建议。
