摘 要
随着我国经济的持续深入发展,中小企业作为经济市场化的基本力量,其地位和作用日趋重要。但由于很多原因,长期以来,我国中小企业的持续健康发展一直存在很多障碍。本文在阐述了中小企业的概念的基础上,首先分析了我国中小企业的发展现状,并认为,我国中小企业发展过程中面临的主要障碍有四类,一是我国政府对中小企业支持不足,二是中小企业融资难,三是社会信用体系不健全,四是中小企业内部管控中存在问题,由此分析了出现上述障碍的原因,并进一步提出了完善中小企业发展战略的相关建议。

ABSTRACT
As China's economy continues to develop, small and medium-sized enterprise whiich as the basic force of market economy are becoming more and more important. But because of many long-term reasons,, the small and medium-sized enterprises, has been faced a lot of obstacles. Based on elaborating the concepts and status of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the main obstacles four categories,such as Chinese government for small and medium-sized enterprises, the poorly supported the financing difficulty, the social credit system is not perfect and the internal control problems themselfs, and then analyzes the causes of the above obstacles, at last this paper puts forward concerning suggestions on order to slove these problems to advance the strategy of small and medium-sized enterprise.

摘 要
随着现代化科学技术的迅速发展,传统的大规模生产方式无法适应全新的激烈竞争环境,在此背景下,为满足客户多样化需求,提供定制化产品,成为企业生产模式发展的必然趋势,大规模定制(Mass Customization,MC)思想应运而生。大规模定制是信息时代和适应现代市场需求多样化的产物,是经济发展进入到买方市场时期的一种全新的生产经营模式,在生产中体现了以客户需求为中心,它既保留了大规模生产的低成本高速度的优势,又具备定制生产的灵敏性和多样性。
大规模定制是一个全新的概念,国内外企业对这一概念的理解和应用都处于初级阶段。企业生产模式发展不仅需要我国企业把握市场发展趋势,及时转变生产模式,而且对企业自身的经营管理提出了更高的要求。在此条件下,企业知识吸收能力能够不断识别机遇和挑战,迅速利用外部新知识实现创新,保持和提高企业的竞争能力。
研究知识吸收能力与大规模定制能力之间的内在联系,使大规模定制思想得到成功的运用,从而提升我国制造类企业的竞争能力,是行业发展的重要问题。本研究试图为企业大规模定制能力研究提供一个新视角,对于企业生产模式转型也有着一定参考作用。
本文介绍了研究背景、意义、内容及研究方法;阐述了企业知识吸收能力和大规模定制能力的概念、构成、影响因素等相关理论,并分析了国内外的研究现状;提出本文的研究假设,针对研究假设设计调查问卷,并进行信度、效度检验,详细论述了调查数据的分析过程,找出企业知识吸收能力的影响因素以及企业知识吸收能力与大规模定制能力之间的关系并进行假设检验;提出了营销建议,指出现有研究上存在的不足及未来研究的方向。

Abstract
Mass customization is the information age and adapt to modern market demands a variety of products, is a buyer's market economy into a new period of production and business model, reflected in production to customer demand as the center, both to retain a large scale production of low-cost advantages of high speed, but also provides custom manufacturing of sensitivity and diversity.
Mass customization is a new concept, the concept of domestic and foreign enterprises on the understanding and applications in its infancy. Production model development requires not only China's enterprises to grasp market trends, changes in production patterns in time, but also for their own management has put forward higher requirements. Under these conditions, the enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity to identify opportunities and challenges continue to rapidly innovate new knowledge and use of external, to maintain and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
Large-scale study of knowledge absorptive capacity and the intrinsic link between the ability to customize, so that the successful mass customization thought the use of manufacturing enterprises in China so as to enhance the competitiveness of the industry an important issue. This study attempts to mass customization capabilities of the enterprise to provide a new perspective, for the transformation of production patterns also have some reference.
This article describes the background, significance, content and research methods; described enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity and ability of the concept of mass customization, composition, theory and other related factors, and analyzes the status of domestic and foreign research; proposed hypothesis of this study, design of the questionnaire for the research hypothesis, and conduct reliability and validity testing, discusses in detail the analysis of survey data to identify the impact of enterprise knowledge absorptive capa
