【摘要】 目的 目的 探讨体表心电图对老年人冠心病的诊断价值。方法 将93例老年人体表心电图与冠状动脉造影进行对比分析。结果 93例临床诊断冠心病或拟诊冠心病患者中有心电图ST—T改变者为72例，其中冠状动脉造影提示存在血管狭窄>50%者为59例，冠状动脉造影阴性13例；心电图大致正常21例，其中冠状动脉造影提示存在血管狭窄>50%者11例，冠状动脉造影阴性10例。在不同的年龄组别，分别比较男性患者以及女性患者的冠状动脉造影与心电图的阳性率，并没有显著性的差异(P>0．05)；而且随着患者年龄的不断增长，http://www.51lunwen.org/jcyx/ Association of marine omega一3 fatty acid levels with telomeric aging in patients with coronary heart disease[J]．JAMA，2010，303(3)：250．
