Therefore, our first suggestion is to be the health management function in the staffing that would tremendously support the human resource. Once this is applied, the company or the business should see the guideline of how the basic management can be done in the company with a knowledge of how their priorities should be. Some priorities might be the staffing, then they can dig into the staffing and improve what is lack in their process management. Or some priorities can be the controlling, then they can emphasize more on the quality control and staff control so that they can maintain great products and services as well as improving what is lacked in the services too.

To sum up this study that we have about the development of spa hotel development under the development trend health management, we have set the hypotheses to test that whether the development under the health management in the spa hotel is effective and how is it important to implement the idea in the industry. This industry is growing bigger and stronger in Thailand and we have seen the gap of the studies in the spa industry and we have carried out our studies regarding the spa development to see if we can improve on any point relevant to the development of the spa. We know that The development of the spa hotel is the development process that implement the health management functions to help improve the spa overall. Developing the degree of customer loyalty required to insure these, management must engage the visitor, offering services that meet o e ceed he c ome e pec a ions and responding to shortfalls and problems in a timely manner when they occur. The development of a spa also includes innovation of the spa. Innovation refer to the firms are able to create competitive advantages by perceiving or discovering new and better ways to compete in an industry and bringing them to market which is ultimately an act of innovation. Even though our hypotheses are rejected, we have proved that there are still health management implementation in the Thai spa hotel development system as well as other facilities that are in the wellness field such as gyms, fitness studios and boutique spa.
