1.2 Literature Review
1.2.1 Health Management
As Thompson et al (2010) mentioned in their work that the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) indicates that healthcare management is one of the fastest growing occupations, due to the expansion and diversification of the healthcare industry (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2010). The BLS projects that employment of medical and health services managers is expected to grow 16% from 2008 to 2018, faster than the average for all occupations[1]. They also discussed about how the health manager in the healthcare management field is very important to the result of how the organisation develop in their work (2010) that healthcare managers are appointed to positions of authority where they shape the organization by making important decisions. Such decisions, for example, relate to recruitment and development of staff, acquisition of technology, service additions and reductions, and allocation and spending of financial resources. Decisions made by healthcare managers not only focus on ensuring that the patient receives the most appropriate, timely, and effective services possible, but also address achievement of performance targets that are desired by the manager. Ultimately, decisions made by an individual manager affect the o gani a ion o e all pe fo mance [2].
Boonme et al (2019) has also mentioned that the solutions of healthcare management are more than one factor that leads to the increasing demand in the healthcare section. The solutions are not only related to management in healthcare system but also related to healthcare services, health policies and enhancement in the demand for world-class healthcare facilities in healthcare management as well [3]. So we can see that to improve health management, we can not only do it through the system and individual, but also has to be on the same side and improve the products and services as well, which in this case, it means massage and spa for instance.

Chapter 2 Theoretical Analysis
2.1 Research Model and Definition on Variables
The research of spa development under the trend of health management has been chosen as our topic since we would like to point out the how important it is to implement the health management into the spa management and how to help guide people to the direction of improving their sales and businesses as well.
As we have come up with the research model and hypotheses, we have gathered data and information from past researches. Our hypotheses are showing positive growth as every variable links and effect to the others. As you can see below in the table of the research model, that all the hypotheses, eventually, goes and effects the hypothesis 1, which is the foundation of the hypotheses.

2.2 The Relationship between Development of the Spa Hotel and the Performance of the Spa Hotel under the Health Management Functions.
