劳教所课堂教学人性化管理指通过运用创造学、教育学和心理学原理,对劳教人员尊重、帮写监狱管理硕士论文关怀等教育手段,充分调动劳教人员的学习积极性,使劳教人员原来所具有的正常人的情感和理性得以复苏和回归,以促进劳教人员整体素质和矫治质量的提高。对劳教人员课堂教学实施人性化管理教育过程中,劳教所教师根据课堂教学特点及其变化而制定的行动方针和活动方式,采用科学多变的教学方法调动劳教人员学习的积极性,促使其变被动学习为主动学习,矫治自我,提高自身素质,以适应社会的需要。
一些文献虽然提出了课堂的人性化管理,但真正从理论角度、从人性需要角度研究课堂管理的,但相关成熟成型的资料不多,因此本研究具有重要的理论价值。同时,本论文研究并构建人性化的课堂管理模式,探索适应人性和时代发展需要的新型课堂教学人性化管理模式——人性化管理,以期能够解决当前劳教所课堂教学人性化管理中出现的学生“难管”、教师“头痛”的问题,对指导劳教所教育实践、促使劳动教养人员早日回归社会具有重要意义。
本文透过当前劳教所课堂教学人性化管理中存在的问题,结合自己的工作实践进行认真地分析与反思,在借鉴国内外关于课堂教学人性化管理有效模式的基础上,紧紧围绕劳教所的课堂管理,采用问卷调查法、对运用李克特(Likert)量表获得的数据进行深入剖析,分析了劳教所课堂管理中存在的问题的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。
通过问卷调查分析,提出了劳教所课堂教学人性化管理的策略:
(1)建立教官与劳教人员之间民主平等的关系,构建双向互动的教学关系,创设融洽愉快的课堂氛围,构建人性化课堂物理环境。
(2)确立服务理念,建立“以生为本”的理念,树立正确的学员管理理念。
(3)要加强劳教所教师的培训,注意保持现有教师的德智体美全面发展,要特别注意师德培训,提高教师对劳教所课堂教学的认识,加强教育师资队伍建设。
(4)要加强对学员的个体化思想教育、咨询服务、心理健康教育,要培植丰富多彩的劳教所文化,从而加强对学员的精神指导与培育。
(5)要构建课堂教学人性化纪律。

English Abstract

Some literature had pointed out the human classroom management, but the real from a theoretical point of view, from a human needs perspective classroom management, but little information was related to mature shape, so this research had important theoretical value. At the same time, this thesis researched and built user-friendly classroom management model, to explore human nature and development of the times to adapt to the needs of a new human-oriented management model of classroom teaching - human-oriented management, with a view to resolving the current management of human labor camp teaching the students appear , "unmanageable," teacher "headache".It was the right to guide educational practices labor camp, labor camp officials to promote early return to society of great significance.
This article aimed to present human labor camp classroom management problems, combined with their practical work carried out careful analysis and reflection on classroom teaching at home and abroad in the reference human-oriented management, based on effective models, tightly around the re-education camp classroom management, using a questionnaire survey method, for the use of Likert (Likert) scale data obtained in-depth analysis, analysis of the labor camp classroom management problems that exist in the reasons for proposed solutions to this problem.
