摘要
对于项目团队的成员来说,其不仅仅是物质利益的追求者,在精神层面其同样存在着追求。例如团队的荣誉感等也是其所追求的,要能够较好的获得这些,就离不开较好的项目沟通管理。只有在进行了较好的项目沟通管理的情况下,团队成员的意见才能够获得足够的重视,其成绩才能够获得应得的评价以及认可。基于企业文化的视角而言,企业文化是企业员工所共同的核心价值观,其的形成需要企业员工之间进行较好的沟通交流以实现价值观的认同。因此,对于所有的企业管理行为来说,项目沟通管理可以说是其灵魂所在。
伴随着全球化不断的发展,我国在手机的制造方面取得了辉煌的成就,演变为全球很多知名品牌的制造场地,在本研究中,将选择F公司在开发X9这个新的产品的过程进行分析,探讨在强势客户单一产品大规模进行生产的状况下,项目研发的不同时期怎样开展有效的沟通,对于客户、技术人员、生产单位以及周边辅助单位之间的协调沟通如何进行,如何针对客户开展正确的引导,对于企业内部的资源进行优化配置,这决定着企业能否让产品如期以低成本高本质的状态完成,这对于企业的项目管理的提高有着十分重要的作用,对于企业节省成本也有着十分重要的意义。
在本研究中,借助分析X9项目,基于手机制造的视角,分析在项目的不同时期,沟通管理所采取的针对性的措施;研究具体的实施,只有沟通管理工作较好的得以进行,才能够保障不同时期的目标得以实现,进而实现总的目标;研究跨地区研发,进行大规模的生产的时候,如何对于各种资源进行统一协调安排,促进工作效率的提升,保障大量生产的时期的产品在品质方面同处于开发时期的产品品质保持一致。这能够促进企业制造品质的增强,促进企业的发展,同时在一定程度上,也能够给相似的企业在进行新的项目的沟通管理的时候,提供借鉴。
