2.2 Literature review
2.2.1 The connotation of the relationship between supply chain organizations
Global integration makes any organization's business activities inseparable from the surrounding environment, especially the special organizational form of the supply chain. The enterprises in each node are gradually developing in the process of interdependence and interaction. The relationship between supply chain enterprise organizations has the following connotation [16]:
(1) Substance is a contractual relationship.
The companies in the supply chain are connected through a whole supply chain. Both upstream and downstream companies expect to establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, which will promote interdependence among enterprises.
(2) It has multipleness.
Both dominant and recessive features. The dominant features are more formal, such as the contractual requirements category, while the recessive features are only more important than the emotional and relationship categories, such as membership, family relationships, and so on.
(3) The relationship between organizations is a continuous process.
The persistence of inter-organizational relationship refers to the establishment and development of an effective relationship. The continuity of the relationship can greatly increase the ability of the enterprise to resist the uncertain risks. By using the advantages of all parties, it can effectively overcome the difficulties in production and operation, thereby further increasing Trust and commitment between supply chain companies.
