浅谈中小企业员工培训方案设计

随着社会经济的飞速发展,在企业组织的人、财、物、信息四种资源中,人们越来越广泛地认识到人的重要性,以人为本的理念已渐渐深入人心。一个企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地就必须对员工进行培训,使员工具备胜任本职工作的能力,这样,才有利于企业的长足发展。虽然国外的培训理论已渐趋完善,但在国内,随着市场经济的发展,人们才渐渐认识到培训工作的重要性,培训工作实务与培训工作理论研究都还处于不成熟阶段,本文从介绍培训理论的研究入手,系统介绍了培训理论的发展历程及趋势,在对比国内外培训工作的现状的基础上让人们认识到发展我国培训工作的迫切性。员工培训作为企业人力资源管理中的重要范畴,正被多数企业的管理者所重视。本文就如何进行员工培训方案的设计作浅显的探讨。

Abstract
