design is the base of fashion marketing and the marketing impels the design. Therefore, fashion companies can not ignore the function of design. Different clothe has different design concept. For example, Etam is popular with young lady because its designers put more emphasis on the fresh and bright color in order to highlight the young ladies’ vigor. And its soft cloth and smooth linear are favored by young lady, too. Different brand puts emphasis on different aspects, for instance, ZARA and H&M are the symbols of fast fashion. They put much more emphasize on the fashion trend forecasting, speeding up the cycle of logistics chain and marketing. Vero mode sticks to simple design which brings a European amorous feeling, and its biggest characteristic is that the classic style reveals a kind of fashion feeling. (Tungate,2005) ZARA and H&M are the symbols of fast fashion. They put much more emphasize on the fashion trend forecasting, speeding up the logistics chain and marketing. However, the leader of fashion circle needs to own unique design and good marketing as well.
