1.1 Purpose
As we all known, spa has become more and more popular in our daily life and emerged as an important profit part of hospitality industry. Lots of spa institutions have been constructed for gaining profit. However, there still have some problems in the performance of retail and room occupancy ratio of Beleza Spa. 1.2 Design
A research for target market using focus group method had already been done in a couple of weeks ago. The issues of this spa had been identified in the daily shift. This report states the overall issues have been identified and related them to the overall findings. 1.3 Problems and Findings
After our research and daily shift, we find three main problems Beleza Spa has. The first one is lack of customers and the occupancy ratio of treatment rooms is low during opening hours. The second one is the retail performance of Beleza Spa is not good enough and the main consumption of the product is by treatment. The third one is about the payroll provider. The payroll of Beleza Spa is not rational.
