Executive Summary The whole world has witnessed huge economic development and social progress in China in the passed twenty years. Nevertheless, there are sets of potential risks in all the industries. The report will examine real estate industry in China, focusing on the financial risk in commercial banks due to overheating of the industry. Firstly, The document begins with description of problem situation, concentrating on characters of its impact and frequency of occurrence. Secondly, I will discuss the dynamics of system model conceptualised for the risk situation and mitigation measures, particularly demonstrating its attributes and interdependency relationships between key variables and nurturing conditions. Thirdly, it is worthwhile to clarify the effectiveness and appropriateness of risk mitigation measures Furthermore, the report should cover the sustainability of proposed risk mitigation measures based on levels of uncertainty of plausible outcomes identified. Ultimately, a few succinct statements will propose some insights to real estate industry.
