to make a change. Through working together by teachers, families and communities, it is able to better develop talents with more innovative capacity, full knowledge to adapt to the future society.
I believe that understanding, communication, equality are key factors in building positive relationships among schools, families and communities. Teachers should treat children with different backgrounds equally, they should use correct form to communicate with children, they should be able to understand the special experience of lives of minority students in complex social relations in the United States and are willing to help these children to be educated equally (Barbour, Barbour and Scully, 2010). Because of Different family cultures, different religious and economic conditions, not all parents can help schools to create environments which are beneficial for children in learning. In this case, the attitude that a school has toward families will have a great impact on what children perceive about the school. Teachers should improve their interpersonal competence and make use of regular visits to work together with families to help students to succeed in school (Barbour, Barbour and Scully, 2010). Communities can impact children's attitudes toward learning and schooling. Children are often quickly affected by attitudes expressed by adults around them. Teachers can launch projects with communities to make the relationship among schools, communities and families closer to have a positive impact on children's learning (Barbour, Barbour and Scully, 2010).
