Business ethics is the sum of behavioural norms that an enterprise takes in processing the relationship between its internal staff, the enterprise and society, the enterprise and its customers, as well as the enterprise and its competitors. In today's era, if an enterprise only pursues corporate profits regardless of business ethics, the business activities will not be tolerated by the market and the society. This essay is from the internal and external ethics to describe the non-ethical behaviours of companies, analyzing the harm brought by these behaviours and trying to bring forward recommendations on how to correct non-ethical behaviours. This essay believed that non-ethical behaviours of enterprises may bring economic benefits in the short term, but in the long run, non-ethical behaviours not only damage their own interests, but also have a negative impact on the overall market environment, industry, and society. Therefore the management and business activities of enterprises must comply with internal and external ethics.
