农民工的社会保障问题的制度分析 摘要： 农民工对于繁荣我国经济，增加农民收入，推进城镇化进程起到重要作用。随着城镇化进程的加快，越来越多的农民转移到城镇中去，而与其相关的社会保障却没有跟上，农民工的社会保障存在的问题越来越引起各方关注。本文系统分析了农民工的社会保障存在的问题,从制度角度探讨农民工的社会保障问题存在的原因，得出不合理的医疗收费制度，城乡二元结构制度，及不合理的社会保险制度是造成农民工的社会保障缺乏的主要原因。

Abstract ：The peasant worker play a important role in the Prospering the economy of our country；Increasing the peasant's income； propelling the urbanization process。With the acceleration of the urbanization process， more and more peasant transfer to the town，,but the social security w is not compatible to it，and it attracts more and more attention。This article analyze the current situation of the social security to the peasant worker systemically ，probe into the reason why it exists in terms of institution。And conclude with the irrational institution of the charge in medical treatment；the two structure of management between the town and the country ；and the irrational institution in social security ，which are the causes to the lack of social security of the peasant worker.。
