ACCA和AICPA的区别

AICPA和ACCA主要区别为：
1、科目不同：ACCA要考14门科目，即使本科生免试5门，也要考9门。AICPA只考4门，分为财务会计及报告、法规、商业环境及理论和审计。
2、周期不同：由于ACCA科目较多，因此通过的周期较长。最长可达10年。AICPA采用计算机考试，每年有4个Windows，每个Window为2个月，通常4-6个月可以通过4门的考试拿到资格。
3、适用范围不同：ACCA适用于UK GAAP和国际会计准则，AICPA使用于US GAAP。
