Abstract: Today's mainstream is the knowledge economy, In such an environment directly promote the competition between the enterprise. At present, the development of enterprises is facing a lot of pressure, most are from such as shortening the delivery time, reduce costs, improve product quality, customer demand diversification and improve the quality of services and so on, it also makes many enterprises realize that only relying on their own resources is difficult to grasp the market opportunity that vary from minute to minute, supply chain management was born in this context, through the supply chain enterprise internal and external resources integration and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis mainly research problem which based on the supply chain procurement quality of risk control and prevention in supplier selection, in a domestic A manufacturing Enterprise Inc as the analysis object, making an empirical analysis combined with the specific conditions of the company making an empirical analysis, in order to better illustrate the enterprises in the selection of suppliers, how to carry out the supply risk recognition and prevention of risk, the establishment of evaluation index system of supplier selection, ultimately determine the appropriate method. In this article the main research content is as follows: the first, make an analysis about some theoretical basis, including supply chain risk theory, the influencing factors of supplier selection, supplier selection and evaluation methods which is based on the supply chain procurement quality of risk control and prevention of the supplier selection. The second, the case analysis, according to the current situation of A company and its suppliers choice circumstance to undertake concrete analysis, and illustrate how to based on the supply chain procurement quality of risk control and prevention of the supplier selection, through data collection and the use of BCG matrix to select the best suppliers. The thirdly, enhance the accuracy of supplier selection in supply chain management, make an further analysis and research on procurement suppliers in how to carry out quality control and prevention of the risk, and establish an supplier risk evasion mechanism. Finally, put forward the future research prospect on this subject.
