However, due to technical, financial influence and other reasons, there is still relatively small of users who use these learning platforms and APP, there is the need for relevant personnel to further promote the use of the learning platforms and APP (Yang, Wang and Tao, 2016).
Moso Cloud App was designed by Beijing Mosoink scientific & technical corporation. Moso Cloud App is a cloud service platform using mobile intelligent devices to carry out interactive teaching of immediate feedback in and outside classroom in a mobile network environment (Tan, 2016). Moso Cloud App has the following functions: managing students, sharing resources, arranging and corrections of assignment, carrying out teaching interaction, learning progress tracking and evaluation, and so on. Moso Cloud App has the advantages of effectively stimulating students' interest in learning, improving communication between teachers and students, as well as maximizing the use of time.
The problem in the process of marketing promotion of Moso Cloud App currently is the relatively small number of courses created by using the APP, the reasons may lie in the following three aspects. First, teachers fail to understand the functions and advantages of the APP well, so that they lack motivation of using it. Second, teachers are not familiar with the APP, so that they are not skilled in operating the APP. Third, teachers haven’t use APP of this kind in the past, so that they lack habits and experience of using the APP.
The theoretical basis of this project is 4C marketing theory, 4R marketing theory, customer satisfaction theory. 4C marketing theory emphasizes taking customer demand as the center to develop marketing strategies, 4R marketing theory emphasizes efforts to build long-term win-win relationship between customers and enterprises. Customer satisfaction theory emphasizes improving user’s using experience. In the past, the promotion of Moso Cloud App is a product-centric strategy, ignoring the needs of users, as well as attaching importance to improve user experience. Therefore, this project makes use of questionnaire to understand customer needs, and according to customer needs to develop the next training strategy to help users to get a better user experience. Based on this, it developed the research hypothesis of this project, namely, by optimizing the training course to improve the number of users’ using the APP to create courses.
Based on reason analysis and theories, as well as the hypothesis designed that training users could increase the number of creating courses with Moso Cloud App, this project was implemented.
