武警机动师人才成长环境问题分析研究(以某机动师为例)

摘 要


当前,国际国内形势复杂多变,维护国家安全和社会稳定面临的现实挑战和潜在威胁将越加严峻,武警机动师担负的处突维稳、防卫作战、抢险救灾、海关监管等多样化任务将更加繁重。本文以武警机动师人才成长为主题,运用调查问卷法和文献研究法为主要方法,结合武警机动师实际情况开展研究。具体来说主要体现在以下方面:一是对国内外研究现状进行了系统梳理和分析,掌握了目前国内外学者在武警机动师人才成长及相关领域的研究成果。二是对武警机动师人才成长及相关概念有了进一步认识,尤其是关于武警机动师人才的概念,为后续研究奠定了良好的基础。同时分析了武警机动师人才成长的环境,对其硬件环境和软件环境都有了比较深入的认识。三是武警机动师人才成长现状分析。借助调查问卷的方式对武警机动师人才发展现状进行了深入分析,尤其是武警机动师人才成长中存在的问题及问题产生的原因,为进一步探索武警机动师人才发展未来之路提供了方向。四是在前文研究基础上,结合调查问卷和自身对武警机动师人才的认识,从更新观念、培养氛围、积极优化人才成长的价值环境,完善制度、健全机制、积极优化人才成长的政策环境,以人为本、改善条件、积极优化人才成长的创业要实环境等三个方面提出解决对策和建议,为武警机动师人才发展之路做出了积极贡献。五是结论,对全文研究存在的成果、不足和展望等进行阐述。

ABSTRACT

At present, the international and domestic situation is complicated and changeable, safeguarding national security and social stability in the face of reality challenges and potential threats will become increasingly severe, police mobile division responsible for the conflict in dimensional stability and defensive operations, disaster relief, and supervision of the customs diverse tasks will be more arduous. In this paper, based on the development of the armed forces of the mobility of mobile professionals as the theme, the use of questionnaire and literature research methods as the main method, combined with the actual situation of armed police mobility division to carry out research. Specifically, it is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the status of domestic and foreign research carried out a systematic combing and analysis, master the current domestic and foreign scholars in the armed police mobile division personnel growth and related research results. Two is to the armed police mobile division talent growth and related concepts have a further understanding, especially on the Armed Police Force Mobility division of the concept of talent for the follow-up study has laid a good foundation. At the same time, the environment for the development of the mobile master of the armed police force is analyzed, and the hardware environment and software environment are relatively deep. Three is the analysis of the present situation of the development of the talent of the armed police. By means of questionnaire survey the status of the development of police mobile division personnel were in-depth analysis, especially the police mobile division in the development of qualified personnel problems and reasons, and for further exploration of the road to the future development direction of police mobile division personnel. Fourth, on the basis of previous research, combined with questionnaire and their own understanding of police mobile division personnel, from the renewal idea, culture atmosphere, and actively optimize the value environment of the growth of talent, improve the system, improve the mechanism, and actively optimize the policy environment for the growth of talent, people-oriented, and improve the conditions and actively optimize the entrepreneurial talents growth environment etc. three aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions, makes the positive contribution for the police mobile division talent development.
