Customers are always pursuing value maximization. In customer-oriented market environment, the essence of marketing is to increase customer value, form and strengthen the advantages of customer value. With the development of Internet, e-marketing creates a variety of new value for customers, the Internet and related technologies is becoming more and more popular in organisations.
