ritime space the United States alongside all other key payers in the region must put in place what may be called strategic platform to share the roles and better coordinate their interventions. Actually as countries have shared interests in natural resources especially oil and gas in the region, each of them should know what the other one is doing or have planned to do so that their actions could impact more effectively. By so doing they would resolve the issue of the dispersion of efforts, be it in technological, financial, educational, or military domains. For instance if the United States has organised a specific training program in for the staffs of a specific country, France or Russia for instance should not to the same. Or if the U.S. has decided to donate military equipments or vessels to a nation’s navy the same donation from the United Kingdom should not go to the the same country for the same objective. So to be successful they share relevant information amongst themselves within such a strategic platform.
