山东企业自主创新能力培养机制研究
——基于FDI技术溢出视角
摘要
随着近年来我国经济高速发展，国际地位的持续提升，外资在国内的投资越来越多，同时投资种类也越来越丰富，从传统的资本投资转变为现阶段的技术投资，有效推动了我国企业的技术水准。对于发展中国家而言，技术引进是推动本国企业技术水准的最佳方式，在技术引进的过程中通过FDI技术溢出效应，从而推动本国企业技术进步以及自主创新能力的提升，但对于长久发展而言，企业技术引进后的在创新能力决定了企业的未来的发展之路。以我国现阶段而言，强化以FDI技术溢出效应为基础，优化企业技术吸收以及创新能力是推动我国企业技术跨越式发展的最佳选择，其不仅关系企业自身的自主创新能力，同时也使关乎国家科技发展战略的重要选择。
就现阶段国内的研究现状来看，以笔者查阅到的资料为基础，笔者发现国内对于FDI技术溢出效应以及企业自主创新方面的研究较多，但在两者联系的理论研究方面较为缺乏，从而本文在研究的过程中期望通过结合FDI技术溢出效应与企业自主创新能力作用关系，更好的分析在FDI技术溢出的背景前提下，如何有效推动企业自主创新能力提升。
在具体的研究工作开展过程中，本文以FDI技术溢出效应为主要视角，以山东省企业自主创新能力培养机制现状分析为主要对象进行分析，综合探讨如何以FDI技术溢出效应为基础实现山东省企业的自主创新能力提升。在本文的研究过程中，本文主要通过问卷调查以及模型构建的方式，综合进行技术溢出效应对山东省企业自主创新能力的影响及培养现状分析，从而找出关键点，并提出对应的优化建议。在本文的研究过程中，本文研究的核心内容主要有：（1）分析FDI技术溢出效应对企业自主创新能力的影响途径。（2）FDI技术溢出对山东省企业自主创新能力培养制约因素。（3）基于FDI技术溢出背景，如何有效实现山东省企业的自主创新能力培养。

Abstract

The research present situation of domestic, the author access to the data, the author found that the domestic research of FDI technology spillover effect and more enterprises in independent innovation, but the lack of the research in theory of contact between the two, which based on the study of the process of expectations by combining the effect of technology spillover effect of FDI and enterprise the ability of independent innovation, better analysis in the background of FDI technology spillover, how to effectively promote the enterprises to enhance the ability of independent innovation.
In the process of carrying out the research work in this paper, the technology spillover effect of FDI as the main angle of view, to the independent innovation ability of Shandong province enterprise training mechanism present situation analysis as the main object of analysis, integrated on how to use the FDI technology spillover effect based on the independent innovation ability of Shandong province enterprise promotion. In the course of the study, this paper mainly through questionnaire survey and construction model, a comprehensive technology spillover effect analysis of the present situation and influence of culture on the independent innovation capability of enterprises in Shandong Province, so as to find out the key points, and put forward the corresponding optimization suggestion.
