The ONE Philips is a company-wide program launched in 2002 to streamline Philips into a focused, agile and more cost-effective organization.
The implementation of the ONE Philips program started within each discipline: F&A, IT, HRM, Purchasing, Marketing, others. Now the challenge is the continuing deployment of the program between the disciplines.
