6. Conclusion总结

To sum up, much more work has to be done to the Chinese tourism industry and construction of hospitality environment in order to cope with the sharp contradiction between the growing demand of huge tourism and the lack of funds from the government to meet the requirement from the demand under the current economy. The primary task of Chinese hotel industry is to transform from hotel investment to hotel management. The multiple management levels in China from state-owned hotels, to state-owned holding hotel management, and to the international hotel management companies have resulted in additional cost that can be reduced by unifying and simplifying the structure of Chinese hotel management sectors. The Chinese tourism has experienced rapid growth in scales and has been strongly driving the social and economic development since 1978. The forms of Chinese tourism has been diversified and the pursuit of high qualities in tourism service has been growing and deepening among the Chinese tourism consumers with the emergence of new technologies such as smart phones and tablet computers. In Section Four, the SWOT analysis has been applied to the hospitality environment in Chinese tourism. Recommendations have been made to improve the Chinese tourism development in Section Five, such as establishing sound travel regulations and relevant rules, strengthening the Chinese domestic tourism infrastructure and service facilities to create good conditions of tourism service, actively introducing foreign capital and advanced technology and equipment to improve the facilities and services associated with Chinese tourism, promoting Chinese tourism to counties as major source of tourists as an important means of survival and development of Chinese tourism, strengthening the macro-control on the Chinese tourism market, protecting the environment in tourist spots, and improve the education of hospitality in China.
