As economic globalization continues to permeate, the economic structure and economic environment of many enterprises have undergone tremendous changes. Cross-border business,seek low-cost raw materials,labor and foreign markets become the core of the development strategy.This article will focus on the expectation of people comes from abroad and the importance of culture adaption and intercultural management in enterprises.

1. INTRODUCTION1.引言
20世纪以来,以信息技术为代表的技术革命促进了跨国普遍化和经济的全球化。交易成本和管理成本的显着下降促使越来越多的企业进入竞争性的世界市场,跨国公司在19世纪末建成,已经完全普及。
Since the 20th century, the technological revolution with information technology as the representative has promoted the globalization of multinational universalization and the economy. A significant decline in transaction costs and management costs has prompted more and more enterprises take apart into the competitive world market, Multi-National corporations which build up in the end of 19th century, have been completely universal. According to statistics, multinational business enterprises accounted for 60% of the total number of companies around the world, almost all of the businesses, which have a direct or indirect business relationship with companies in other countries. Cross-cultural team was bornin this condition. As we know, team is a very good way of working and organization. It is not only able to complete the task that individual cannot complete, but also can greatly improve the performance of enterprises. Cross-cultural team of business provides multi-angle, multi-dimensional analysis in development strategy and business ideas, offers a variety of available opinions,thus,cross-cultural team building and performance management are particularly important for the development of enterprises(APPELBAUM S H, ELBAZ D,SHAPIRO B,1998).Study on the expectation of people comes from abroad and necessity of culture adaption in enterpriseshas important practical significance and theoretical significance.

Different target markets have different cultural backgrounds. these differences in cultural background have brought a lot of obstacles and difficulties for the international marketing companies. Yet it is precisely because of the existence of these different cultural backgrounds, there are different consumer demand vary countries, which offer opportunities for international corporation to develop a larger market.
Only International Corporation go across the cultural differences between countries successfully, and take the initiative to adapt to the cultural environment of the target market countries,will it remain invincible in the international market competition.
