我国商业银行组织结构研究

ANALYSIS FOR CHINESE COMMERCIAL BANK ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE AND THE EXAMPLE 近年来，我国金融市场对外开放步伐的不断加快使得国内银行与跨国外资银行之间的竞争态势已经由原来模糊的理论推证，悄然转化为国内银行作为个体，与外资银行在外部经营和内部管理等具体环节的直接较量。我国商业银行虽然采取了一系列改革措施以提高自身的综合竞争力，但是仍然没有完全摆脱传统体制下遗留的种种痼疾，仍有必要进行更为彻底的改革，以形成与国际银行管理接轨的新的组织结构和运行机制。因此，从业务发展需要出发，建立一个全新的、以客户为中心的、反应灵敏的、现代化的商业银行组织结构，将是我国商业银行在新的竞争格局中争取主动、提高自身综合竞争力的关键环节。 本文研究分析了我国商业银行组织结构的主流模式，以该组织结构存在的问题为切入点，通过对西方商业银行组织结构的主流模式及业务运作特点的研究分析，提出该主流模式对我国商业银行进行组织结构改革的借鉴意义，同时结合我国商业银行改革发展的国情现状，提出了我国商业银行组织结构再造的原则、路径、基本条件和具体措施。最后以某国有商业银行某省分行的组织结构改革为案例，通过对其组织结构改革的情况、成效及存在的问题进行深入地分析，为我国商业银行的组织结构改革提供了现实建议及经验借鉴。全文沿着“组织结构相关理论的概述——我国商业银行组织结构的主流模式及存在的问题——西方商业银行组织结构模式及启示——我国商业银行组织结构的改革思路及措施——我国某国有商业银行某省分行组织结构改革案例分析”这种从一般到特殊的逻辑思路，进行理论联系实际的分析和论述。 关键词： 商业银行；组织结构；改革 Abstract The trend of competition between Chinese banks and foreign banks is transferring silently from the old theory deduction to the concrete contest of outside prosecution and inside management. Though our commercial banks are taking some series of reforming measures to improve the comprehensive competition, they do not wipe out the old weakness, which need a new organization and function model and an absolute reform is very necessary. Therefore, setting up a fully new, swift, modern commercial bank organization is the key part of Chinese banks’ activation and improvement of their comprehensive competition in the new situation. My article analyzed main model of Chinese commercial banks and started from the problems in it, getting the conclusion of principles, ways, basic conditions and right measures for our commercial banks organization through the study of western commercial banks organization main model and their business process characteristics and, the good unity of that and nowadays Chinese banks conditions. The final part is an example of an organization revision of a province branch of one state commercial bank. I analyzed the whole course, the effects and problems, getting realistic suggestions and advice. The theme of this article is as following: relative organization theories---- main model of our commercial banks and problems----western commercial organization model and inspirations----ways and specific measures of our commercial banks reform ---- one example of a province branch of some state commercial bank, which follows the analysis of combination of theory and reality form from the general to a special one.
