    摘 要:改革开放30年,人民生活水平的不断提高,物质文化消费的需要进一步加大,作为安身立命之首的住房当之无愧的成为关系到民生民计的首要大事。而住宅楼的建筑设计是否完善,直接关系到百姓的安居乐业。此篇论文是关于建筑设计中的电气照明部分的设计,它也是建筑设计重要的部分之一。
    福佳商城1号楼为12层民用住宅楼,楼层高度为35.75米,建筑面积为9666.72m 。其中:地下1层为人防地下室战时为五级一等人员掩蔽所,平时为普通储藏室。地上1、2层为商用建筑,3到10层为标准住宅层,11层为顶层。论文由无忧论文网www.51lunwen.org整理提供楼内安装有24小时工作电梯。本建筑物共七路电源进线,全部由小区变电所引来,采用电缆埋地引至地下室的配电间,电压均为220/380V。本文通过必要的计算和按照国家规定标准对建筑进行强电和弱电方面的设计。强电设计方面:在确定了配电系统方案和照明方案之后,进行了照度计算和负荷计算,并且对导线、开关、插座等电气设备进行了选择,同时对所选择的灯具与开关进行了合理的布置。在综合布线方面,对有线电视线路、电话系统、对讲机系统和网络线路行了设计,本文对建筑的各种管线铺设方法有明确的说明。在防雷安全方面,进行了避雷带、引下线及接地极的设计;最后,进行了工程概预算。
