足内侧岛状皮瓣逆行转位修复前足皮肤缺损
【摘要】 目的：探讨足逆行血管蒂皮瓣修复前足皮肤缺损的效果。 方法：2008年2月至2011年9月9例前足皮肤缺损，皮肤缺损面积：6.5cm×3.0cm～8.0cm×4.5cm。手术采用足内侧逆行动脉血管或血管皮穿支岛状皮瓣修复。 结果 术后皮瓣全部成活, 平均随访14.5个月,皮瓣质地良好,外形不臃肿。 结果：足内侧逆行岛状皮瓣血运可靠，设计灵活，手术切取简便安全，是修复前足皮肤软组织缺损创面的理想方法。

Treatment of forefoot cutaneous defect with margomedialispedis reverseflow island flap transposition
【Abstracts】 Objective To investigate the repair of forefoot cutaneous defect with margomedialispedis reverseflow island flap transposition. Methods From February 2008 to September 2011 9 cases patients with forefoot cutaneous defect were treated with margomedialispedis reverseflow island flap transposition. The area of flap was 6.5cm×3.0cm to 8.0cm×4.5cm. Results All cases were foUowed up for an average of 14.5 months. All flaps survived completely. The acceptance region won’t swelling，and had satisfactory appearance．Conclusions The margomedialispedis reverseflow island flap with good blood supply and simple Operation, is ideal Treatment of forefoot cutaneous.

随着交通业和建筑业的发展，临床中前足损伤逐渐增加，前足损伤皮肤撕脱或毁损导致肌腱、骨质外露，是显微外科医师临床修复面临的难题。文献中报道多采用逆行足内侧皮瓣、足内侧筋膜蒂皮瓣或踝上筋膜蒂皮瓣治疗，并取得了较好的治疗效果。但此类皮瓣存在筋膜蒂转为困难或血管蒂较短，不能修复距离较远的前足远端皮肤损伤。2008年2月至2011年9月我院采用足内侧逆行动脉血管或血管皮穿支岛状皮瓣修复前足皮肤缺损9例，治疗效果满意，现汇报如下：
