s is a big change and big trend of our world. Therefore, the interest sharing model and the organizational structure model in business organizations are dominated and determined more or less by the dominant enterprise resource. In the content of globalization, the importance of human capital or intellectual properties capital has been becoming more and more prominent. This increasing importance of human capital has challenged the traditional concepts of “ownership” and “control” unprecedentedly. This challenge in renovating the traditional concepts of “ownership” and “control” has becoming a new subject of study of business management. Indeed, we argue that the ownership structure of shares is constantly changing, and the inner driving force for change is the development of technology and changes in methodologies of production. A good ownership structure in an enterprise has far-reaching implications for further development for business.
