含油污泥萃取参数测定及工艺研究(附答辩文稿)

摘 要 本文针对含油污泥高含油率、高含水率且难处理的特点，采用萃取法对其基本参数进行测定，并采用模拟逆流工艺流程测定其处理效果。实验结果表明：胜利油田孤东采油厂含油污泥的含油率为47.7%，含水率为6.64%；萃取平衡时间为20～25分钟，同时可得其单级萃取率；煤油萃取在30℃条件下的饱和度为12.55%；采用2～3级逆流萃取工艺在适当的条件下基本能达到含油污泥含油率减至1%的预定效果。 [关键词] 含油污泥 参数测定 萃取 Abstract The oil-sludge has the characteristics of high oil content,high moisture content and the difficulty to dispose.According to this,the extraction treatment was used to test for its basic parameter,and adopted the simulate counter-current extraction process to test the effect of test. Test result show: the rate of oil of the oil-sludge from GuDong oil-exploit factory in ShengLi oil field is 47.7%,the rate of moisture is 6.64%;the time of the balance is 20～25 mins,at the same time,can receive the efficiency of 1 lever extraction;the saturation of extraction by kerosene at 30℃ is 12.55%;the craft of 2～3 lever counter-current extraction can reach that the rate of oil reduced to the effect intended of 1% at proper circumstance.
