摘 要
本文分析了胜利油田的油泥砂来源及处理现状.介绍了国内外对油泥砂处理的先进工艺及发展趋势。汽油、煤油是较理想的萃取剂,当溶剂比为3,采用3级逆流萃取,油泥砂中的含油量可由34.37%降至1%。分析了理论级数及分配比这2个逆流萃取中较重要的工艺参数及油泥砂萃取过程中产生乳化的原因,提出了预防和消除乳化的措施。

Abstract
This paper analyzed the sources of sludge and the status of treatment in Shengli oil field .Introduction on advanced technology and development trend of sludge treatment on either domestic or abroad were presented。Petrol and kerosene were selected as extractive solvent for their good selectivity .The oil content in sludge can be reduced as low as 1% by three-stage countercurrent extraction with solvent-oil ratio of 3.The theoretical grade number and distribution ratio which are two important technological parameters were mentioned .At last,the paper analyzed such problem as emulsification that occur in extraction of sludge,it proposes preventive and decreasing measures related to emulsification.
