摘 要
成都市锦江区兴建的绿化带内预开挖人工湖(暂名石圣湖),但有接纳周边生活污水的潘家沟穿越了湖规划区,综合考虑某些因素建造一座污水处理厂成了解决问题的最佳方案。
对当前仍在有效沿用的一些经典传统的废水处理技术比较后,根据污水水质和出水要求,采用氧化沟工艺处理污水,因其能适应较大的水质水量变化的冲击且无臭味产生,适用于旅游区的污水厂。
本文论述了氧化沟的基本运行原理及工艺、计算方法、设计参数及过程。
污水厂设计处理能力为33000吨/天,污水经综合处理后达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8976-1996)一级标准及《景观娱乐用水水质标准》(GB12941-91),能够直接补给湖水。

Abstract
A man-made lake(named Shisheng Lake)is planned to be built in the green belt in the Jinjiang District of Chengdu City. But through the planning lake there is a channel named the Panjia Channel that admits the domestic wastewater of surroundings. Thus building a sewage disposal plant will be the best method to resolving the problem considering some factors.
After comparing the traditional wastewater treatment techniques used effectively up to now, an oxidation ditch is suggested to be adopted according to the water quality and the demands of draining water in the plant, because it can get with a wide change of water quality and water flow while provides no bad smell without a first-depositing pool, which is dominance in the tourist area.
The file discusses the basic operation principle of the oxidation ditch. The process, calculation methods, the main design parameter and design procedure are also referred.
The sewage disposal plant will be able to purify 33,000 m3/d in scale. And the treatment is supposed to reach the first degree in the Synthetical Standard of Wastewater Treatment(GB8976-1996)and the A level in the GB12941-91. Then the water after treatment can be supplied directly to the Shisheng Lake.
