摘要:目前,工作倦怠已成为现代社会普遍存在的一种现象,对人们的工作、生活等各个方面带来了很多负面影响,已成为心理学、人力资源管理和西方组织行为学等领域研究的热点问题之一。英语论文帮写本文主要探讨了应对与工作压力和工作倦怠的关系。主要包括四部分内容:首先,回顾和总结了工作倦怠的相关研究和国内外最新研究进展,并对今后研究的热点与方向进行了展望;其次,对工作压力的概念以及工作压力与工作倦怠的关系进行了总结与梳理;然后,帮写论文对应对、应对方式的概念以及应对方式的分类进行了简要的理论阐述;最后,对应对、工作压力、工作倦怠三者之间的关系进行了论述,指出目前研究的不足,以及今后研究的方向。以期对今后有关工作倦怠的研究提供一定的借鉴和指导作用。
