And in the relation between them, the model of symmetric information before the event is defined as adverse selection while that after the event is called moral hazard, the investment and circulation under this circumstance have many problems, for example, the fraudulent intention and adventure manner existing in the debit and credit relations between banks and companies lead to the emergence of credit allocation, and what’s more, there are the problems of motivation between investors and high-profile managers in companies, or even lax supervision and untrue information declared. To solve these problems, companies can just ensure high efficient circulation and financial security, restrict the manager and strengthen the legal supervision of stock and companies on market through dredging the channel of circulation and establishing credit system, only by doing this, investment and circulation in our country will grow healthily. 【Keywords】agent—principal, adverse selection
