摘要:企业管理不仅是一门科学,而且是一种文化。随着人们对企业管理本质认识的不断深化,企业文化作为一种崭新的管理文化己成为人们的共识。培育特色的企业文化,对企业形象进行科学的管理,已经成为企业生存和持续发展的关键。可以毫不夸张地说,企业文化是企业经营与发展的一个基石,企业文化建设是名牌之魂,也是当今企业面临的共同课题。文化就是明天的经济,要成为一流的企业,就必须要有一流的企业文化。因此,适应时代要求,科学有效地推进企业文化建设是我国企业改革与发展巫待解决的重要课题。
在广泛深入查阅相关文献和调查研究的基础上,文章阐述了企业文化的内涵、特征及表现形式;结合电力企业改革的实践,分析了元宝山发电厂企业文化建设中存在的问题:在研究元宝山发电厂企业内外部环境的的基础上,提出了新的企业文化建设的构想。围绕电力企业的实际,力图实现科学与价值、理想与情感、个人与整体、传统与创新的企业文化建设对策。
Abstract:The business management is not only a science, but also a kind of culture cultivating special Corporate Culture and executing scientific management of enterprise that exists in the modern society. We can say that culture of business is the sill to the management and development of a business. The construction of the culture of business has been a common issue that all enterprise faces nowadays, also, it is the soul of making a famous brand. Culture is the economy of future, without superior corporate Culture, no corporation can take the leading way in the market. To el}ficimtlv improve the construction of Corporate Culture is an important part in the reform and development of corporations in our country.
This paper expounds the content, features and appearance of Corporate Culture on the basis of reading and studying the relative references and research; this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of Yuan Bao Shan Power cant Corporate Culture ;on basic of researching the effect if internal and external environment of corporation, the paper proposes to construct Corporate Culture of Bao Shan Power Plant, following science and value .sense and sensitivity, individual and whole, tradition and innovation in the construction If Corporate culture.
