法国党建论文-浅析法国共产党的新共产主义理论France CCP building-thesis Nowadays the new development of capitalist globalization, high-technical revolution and capitalist basic contradiction, the changes and new characteristics of proletarian structure and social class of developed countries, the intensive change of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, partial resurgence of socialism, the crisis and rigorous challenge of French communism etc. lead to a series of problems about realizing socialist essence and mode and its relationship overall and deeply. After some European communist parties, such as Italian communist party, running toward the direction of "social party", French communist party is the most powerful one at present which is called "the latest European communist base " by western counter communist. In order to overcome the serious crisis of communist theory caused by the intensive change of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, to get rid of all kinds of misunderstandings about Maxism, French communist party seriously included socialist historical experiences in 20th century. From 1900s of the last century till now, they included and applied "Neo-communism", carried out ideological discussion widely and actively, ran policy’s adjustment deeply and seriously, and explored new recognitions which are in line with time development and realism’s requirement. It showed the new tendency of European communist doing theoretical inclusions according to the last important revolutions, and also showed the new image of walking toward 21sr century.
The time background of "Neo-communism" is different at all from that when French communist predecessors explored socialism. Under the French peculiar political democracy and the powerful rule of capitalist party for a long time, French communist had its peculiarity about understanding Maxist theory and running socialist practice: to lead off to establish people line of counter fascism, to begin to get rid of the Soviet and international interference in the middle of 1930s, to run on the way of exploring communism which was different with the one of the Soviet Union as soon as the end of thesecond world war, to make French socialism become the main part of European communism. In the course of continuous socialist exploration for 80 years, French communist accumulated abundant political experiences and undergone serious failures. New era, new things and new problems asked French communist to change the theories and policies which have carried out for a long time, and to draw up the aims and workable projects which are in line with law. That French communist dared to draw up "Nee-communism", and carried out socialist revolution had profound social historical background. "Nee-communism" not only won’t leave from the predecessors’ ideological developing track, but also had the innovation through the reconsideration toward the past all kinds of standpoints. The second part of this article discusses that "Neo-communism" is based on Maxism, and has contact relationship with Maxist basic principles: to come after that European communism and social democracy had many important influences on this theory, to prove that European communist reforming thinking supplied many precious experiences to this theory, to clarify that this theory inherited the glorious tradition of French communist predecessors, to insist on promote the theory’s development with innovating mettle. "Neo-communism" is an integration of many standpoints, peculiar analyses and new inclusions. It covered an abundant content of economy, politics, ideological image and social other aspects.
