超声医学论文范文-《探析B-flow超声显像技术对精索静脉曲张的诊断价值》

一，长时间的精索静脉曲线会引起睾丸功能下降[8]，目前超声已成为诊断VC的主要手段。但常规CDFI对于症状不明显的VC患者，特别对其反流情况的阳性发现率较低。Vc对那些男性不育的影响并不与其程度成正比，即症状较轻的亚临床型精索静脉曲张(SVC)也可以导致生育力下降[9]。
    B-flow技术是利用数字编码超声技术实现灰阶图像下血流回声直接显示的一种成像技术，它能将血液中微弱的流动的散射体回声信号进行增强，并抑制周围组织信号，能提高传统CDFI较难发现的亚临床型VC患者的反流阳性率，对临床症状不明显的亚临床型VC早期诊断有重要意义。
