论文题目:乌国家高速公路潍坊至日照段二标段工程EPC建设工程成本控制分析
摘 要
21世纪的中国建筑市场与国际市场的已经逐步融合,我国建筑企业的发展将受到国外深刻影响与冲击,也将强有力的推动国内建筑企业在管理策划、管理思维、管理观念、管理策略及管理方式上的再次革新,从而全面提高,与世界接轨。由于21世纪建筑EPC承包模式能更有利控制工程建设周期的长短,并在控制工程建设费用降低方面担负着明显的优势。因此国内建筑工程已将EPC承包模式作为最主要、最根本的方案。在国内相应合同条款的条件下,EPC承包模式成本管理是缩短建筑工期和控制实体建筑质量,对建设项目施工过程中所发生的成本费用,通过响应、策划、管理和服务等一系列管理方式取得预期的EPC成本控制目标,并有力控制减少成本费用的一项建筑科学活动。运用降低建筑成本管理,现实费用开支可控,从而提高经济效益,实现项目EPC承包企业的盈利目的,进一步占领市场,获取更大的市场份额,从而为国内建筑企业降低成本,增加市场占有率,走出国门,迈入世界全面承建国际EPC项目取得坚实的基础保证。本论文以荣乌国家高速公路潍坊至日照二标段工程为分析对象,在分析总承包EPC项目施工工期、施工费用的基础上,依据荣乌国家高速公路潍坊至日照二标段工程EPC总承包实际施工进度情况、EPC总承包工程项目进度理论计划与合同文件中实施进度计划相比较的原理。在成本控制方面,详细研讨了承包方在荣乌国家高速公路潍坊至日照二标段工程各个施工成本阶段的制约管理因素,总结出总承包方制约成本费用的原因与结果,并论述了承包方在EPC工程建设过程中的成本制约控制策略。本篇论文主要是在基于前人研究调查的基础上,结合荣乌高速项目进行的研究论述,希望本文可以对EPC总承包企业成本管理控制起到有力的支撑作用。
问题,则是以此种损耗资源环境为代价,以换取经济上增长的问题最具有代表性。但当前,由于社会的快速发展,人口的域周边小流域的水环境保护,致使当前县域赖以生存的小流域河道水质严重恶化。

In 21st century China construction market has been gradually merge with the international market, the development of construction enterprises in China will be subject to foreign influence and impact, will also be a strong boost domestic construction enterprise in the management of planning, management thinking, management concept, management strategy and management innovation again on the way, so as to improve, with foreign standards. Since the 21st century construction EPC contract model can better control the length of the project construction period, and in the control engineering construction cost for the obvious advantage.So domestic construction project has the EPC contract mode as the main and the most fundamental solution. Under the condition of domestic relevant terms of the contract, the EPC contract mode of cost management is shorten construction period and construction quality control entity, what happened in the process of the construction project construction cost, response, planning, management and service by a series of EPC management methods to achieve cost control target, and effective control to reduce the cost of a building scientific activities. Reduce the construction cost management, real spending under control, thus improve the economic benefits, achieve project EPC contracting enterprise profit purpose, occupy the market further, get a bigger share of the market, for domestic construction enterprises to reduce costs, increase market share, go abroad, into the world comprehensive construction international EPC project made a solid foundation to ensure.
This paper weifang rong wu national highway to rizhao second bid project as the analysis object, based on the analysis of general contracting EPC project on the basis of the construction period, construction cost, according to national highway weifang rong wu to rizhao two blocks actual situation EPC general contracting project construction progress plan, EPC general contracting project progress theory compared with the implementation schedule in the contract documents. Detailed discussion in terms of cost control, the contractor in weifang rong wu national highway to rizhao second bid project constraints in all stages of construction cost management factors, summed up the general contractor restriction cost reason and as a result, and discusses the contractor in the process of EPC project construction cost control strategy. This paper is mainly based on the predecessors' research, on the basis of research combined with rong highway project, this paper hope this article can control of EPC general contracting enterprise cost management play a strong supporting role.
