The quality control theory and method system of project Established by western developed countries became a mere formality and lost its original functions after it had been introduced into the developing countries. Under the conditions that the productive conditions, operating environment and management basis of the domestic enterprises can no longer effectively improve the production efficiency an economic benefits ,it is urgent to establish a proper quality management mode and develop effective quality control methods ,so as to survive from the dilemma that the more and more perfected quality management theories cannot be applied into the practical production. The quality management of project is all the actions that them are relative with the lead ,coordinate and control of the project quality. The objective of quality management of project is that in order to assure the project being done correctly. It includes that all the actions can get a good result by the planning quality and object. The quality management is a process of system ,in the doing ,we must make the necessary resources that them can be adaptive with the project. All the actors must assure the quality of work, make the project work flow process, standard and normative and achieve a same result----the best management of project quality and manage the quality work. The thesis is most about the project quality control. It includes 9 chapters. From 1 to 8 chapter, the thesis expatiates the 8 aspects about project quality control :the quality control of project planning, the lost control of project quality, the establish and analyze of project quality, the build of the company structure and quality control system, the quality control of the planning ,designing ,and the doing ,the evaluation of the project quality , the confirm of the quality control ways.
