摘    要 
越来越多的企业开始推动人力资源管理的变革,从而期望能有效地挖掘并放大人力资源的潜在价值,提升企业的竞争力。该人力资源管理系统借助信息化的手段,降低了管理的成本,提高了工作效率,改善了服务质量并提供基于信息的决策支持。
系统从人力资源规划开始,将与员工个人相关的信息储存到数据库;运用软件工程理论方法进行一系列功能模块划分;运用统一建模语言(UML)进行系统结构设计和系统流程设计。
在接口设计方面通过一定的计算机硬件建立Microsoft Access 2003服务器系统与用户进行交互,达到资源共享的目的,使整个人力资源管理系统做到高效、便捷。在建立数据库的时候,给每个子系统分配了一个数据库的登录账号,以保持各个库之间的相对独立性,防止用户的误操作影响到其它系统的数据库。
在运行设计方面力求整个系统维护容易,结构层次简单。本系统采用的控制方式主要有三种:顺序,选择,循环,还进行了出错处理设计、安全保密设计、系统维护设计,在此基础上完成了信息编码。灵活的报表生成功能和分析功能使得人力资源管理人员可以从繁琐的日常工作中解脱出来,将精力放到更富有挑战性和创造性的人力资源分析、规划、员工激励和战略等工作中去。系统记载了员工完整的历史信息,管理了较全面的数据。
系统的实现提高了人力资源相关数据的及时性、准确性,提供了全面真实的数据支持,并获得整合的、集中的信息源,获得易访问、易查询的信息库,优化了人力资源管理的业务流程。作为一个较成熟的系统更为关键的是向专业人员提供分析工具和解决方案,建立起人力资源管理部门积累知识和管理经验的体系。

Design and Implementation of Human Resources Managing System of TGE Co.

Abstract
An increasing number of corporations have been spreading the revolution of human resources management nowadays, expecting that they can raise the  competitive strength of their owns. With the help of  IT, HRMS decrease the cost of managing, improve the efficiency of work, promote the quality of services, and provide the strategic support based on information.
This system, which is started from the proposal in human resource, stores individual's information into a database. There are a set of functional partitioning of models, which exerts method of software engineering therapy to meet the demands; there are physical and process designs using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and associated tools.
In terms of interfaces designing,  the system builds up an Access 2003 server under computer hardware to have interactions with users, so that the resources can be shore by all the people and the whole system is efficient and convenient enough. When the database is being built,  the System gives each single sub-system a login account to database which keeps the databases relatively separate from each other with the purpose that other's system won't be affected as long as some user takes unidentifiable manipulations.
In terms of operating design,  we are trying to make the entire system to be easy to maintain and the structural layers simplify. There are mainly three ways adopted by this system: order, optional, recyclable ways. After designs of error handling and system security maintenance are done, information coding can be accomplished.
Flexible generating and analyzing functions of tables liberate human resources managers from sticky daily work, so that they can focus all there attention on more challengeable and creative things, such as analyzing, programming, inspiring workmen and making corporate strategy. The system not only stores the employee's historical information but also records general data.
The realization of this system arise punctuality and accuracy of associated data while providing overall and real, and even gain integrated, centralized information resources, easy accessing and checking information bank, all of which optimize the operation flow of human resource management.  As a mature and intellectual system, it's more crucial to supply analyzing tools and resolving measures for professionals, and to build up a system of accumulating knowledge and managing experience in human resource manage departments.
